[SOLVED] Is this a bug or my bad code?

Im not sure if this is a bug or just my code :)

1: I have a list of rooms that are created when the page loads.
2: If i open another browser window on the same page everything flickers very fast.

Is this a problem because they are the same client listening for the same content?

It is not a problem if i have another browser open in a private session, its like when
the same session loads it gets wonky.

are your clients logged into a user account? if so, logging in in a second tab/window will cause the first tab/window to logoff, causing a disconnection. that is expected behaviour, but might cause unexpected visual changes if your application is not expecting a logoff when the disconnect happens. if you're not using user accounts, you'll have to post some example code before anyone can diagnose what's going wrong.
