No answer from union cloud support

on October 26th, i order union cloud with small plan.

i receive mail from Influxis1 confirm that payment was successfull

until now i not receive any mail from union cloud support about my server config.

i tried to mail support@unioncloud.io but still no feedback.

what should i do?

hello frozheart,
sorry for the delayed reply. was this issue resolved? we're investigating now. normally the unioncloud.io team is very responsive, so hopefully this is just a case of your welcome email ending up in the wrong folder. i'll email you directly for details. thanks for your patience.

i can now confirm that Union Cloud did process your registration. unfortunately your email to support@unioncloud.io landed in the support team's spam folder. the server has been setup and your welcome letter was sent nov 2. could you please check your account for that email? if you cannot find it, please email support@unioncloud.io and union@user1.net so we can address the issue.
