Union Server examples are not available

i just want to know the reason why all of the orbiter examples that is in the union server homepage are not available now,

Is it only me having these problems?

and my web projects can not connect to UnionServer..

I have to change the server if UnionServer is not available until Dec 29th this year..

please let me know why.. thanks
